DOWNTOWN MEDFORD

INFORMATION

Downtown Medford may be small in size, but it's big on character and charm. With its warm hospitality, shopping, dining, rich history, and museum, this district is a gem worth discovering.

It is our goal to make downtown a destination where someone can spend an entire evening eating, shopping, entertaining, and even sleeping in Downtown Medford, Oklahoma.

There are now two loft apartments available to rent downtown, The Palmer Loft and The Strider Loft.

While you’re here, check out our downtown Pocket Park. The City of Medford turned an abandoned building site into an inviting outdoor space. This space features picnic tables so that people can enjoy their lunch outside in the fresh air. It is also used during many downtown events and gatherings throughout the year such as the annual Medford Fun Fest, beer gardens, farmer’s market, and street concerts and dances. It features an overhead canopy for shade so that the space stays nice and comfortable even during the heat of the day.

If you would like to invest in a building, open a small business, renovate a loft space of your own, or are looking for a space to rent, contact Duane Thompson at 580-395-2823.
